Loose head bolts on Friday and rain on Saturday kept L&L Racing Engines to one qualifying run Saturday Morning. The run was respectable; 6.829 sec @ 196.53 mph. Which places them 19th out of 32 cars.
With only one run puts Dom in a disadvantage. It makes the task of determining the dial in a little harder. Pascal will have to really be on point to give them a shot in the first round. Reaction time under 0.020 seconds is a must. And driving the strip will play a part in this race. This is why drivers get paid the big bucks.
Come back tomorrow for 1st round results.
